Soho Grants Incentive Stock Options Vancouver, BC - April 18, 2008 - The Board of Directors of Soho Resources Corp. – (TSX Venture – SOH) (“Soho” or the “Company”) has approved the issuance of incentive stock options to Mr. Hall Stewart, Vice President of Exploration for up to 400,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The above options are exercisable over five years at the price of $0.25 per share and are subject to one year vesting provisions contained in the Company's Stock Option Plan, in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
