Donald Crossley appointed CFO of Soho Resources VANCOUVER, B.C., April 25, 2007 – Soho Resources (TSX VENTURE: SOH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald G. Crossley, C.A., as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Crossley has more than 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, including seven years with KPMG. Self-employed since 1988, he has provided business consulting, management and accounting services to a broad range of corporate clients including Soho Resources Corp. since 2001. During the past 18 years, he has also served as a director and officer of several public companies. Soho Resources has also granted a total of 550,000 incentive stock options to three members of its management team being, Hall Stewart, Vice President Exploration & Development (200,000), Don Crossley, Chief Financial Officer (150,000) and Frank Port, Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development (200,000). The above options are exercisable over five years at the price of $0.55 per share and are subject to the vesting provisions contained in the Company's Stock Option Plan, in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Soho Resources is advancing its majority owned Tahuehueto Project in Durango State, Mexico. Exploration to date has confirmed the presence of at least 12 mineralized zones within a structurally controlled epithermal system traced for over 6 km. A drilling program is under way to define resources at five priority zones, along with exploration programs to test other zones and targets at the 8,894-hectare project.
